Facilities First Australia completed the Ryde Secondary College Campus Roof Replacement Program efficiently under the MW21 Contract. The project involved replacing old roof sheets, strengthening structures, and installing new safety measures. Despite significant access and design challenges, the project was completed on time, ensuring operational buildings remained unaffected. Custom brackets were used to accommodate larger gutters and downpipes, reducing future maintenance needs.
