Richmond High School’s Roof Replacement Program, conducted under the MW21 Standing Offer, exemplified meticulous planning and execution. The comprehensive project involved replacing old roof sheets, reinforcing structures, and enhancing safety measures. Prefinished Colorbond steel roofing, coupled with custom heavy-duty brackets, aimed to minimise future maintenance. Despite significant access challenges and operational constraints, the project was completed within the critical timeline, ensuring all school buildings remained fully operational throughout the process.
