Royal is committed to continually upgrading our environmental capabilities. The company assesses the effects of its activities and integrates environmentally sustainable considerations into all managerial decision-making aspects of considerations into all managerial decision- planning, construction and operations.”

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The creation of a pleasant, courteous and obliging service carried out in an efficient and professional manner comes from within the nucleus of the company. The company director plays an active part in the management of day-to-day supervision of all projects. A competitive spirit is observed in all dealings with potential clients in regards to the Trade Practices Act.
It is the objective of Royal Contractors Pty Ltd to deliver works and services to our clients in compliance with all the relevant standards, laws, principles and good practice. We also are committed to the implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System which fulfils the requirements of AS/NZS ISO9001 (the International Standard which specifies requirements for Quality Management Systems). Quality is the responsibility of each and every team member and sub-contractor of Royal Contractors and we ensure this by providing adequate resources, training and supervision to maintain our standards.
On each project, a ‘defects free handover’ is a primary aim for each team. In order to achieve this, Royal adopt the simple strategy of openly discussing and setting quality expectations and benchmarks from site establishment to completion. Weekly inspections are carried out by the site team and by senior management to ensure any quality issues are identified, monitored and closed out.
WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY
Royal Contractors places significant importance on the health and safety of those we directly employ, subcontract to and also those who visit our sites/ offices. We require all of our employees to regard incident prevention and working safely as a collective and individual responsibility. Effective WHS is an integral facet of Royal Contractors achieving its objectives.
Royal Contractors and its associated members endeavour to comply with all relevant legislation, codes of practice and standards, as well as other requirements placed upon us by our clients; and go above and beyond where necessary to achieve a safe, productive and healthy workplace.
Health and Safety management extends to our employees, sub-contractors and site visitors/guests. All at-risk operations are identified, assessed and discussed and measures are developed to attempt to alleviate any unsafe practices, preventing incidents occurring. In this regard, we pride ourselves on the following achievements:
A third party accredited Integrated QSE Management System and associated documentation, in accordance with AS4801 (the Australian Standard which specifies requirements for Safety Management Systems)
A 100 per cent PQC Safety Audit compliance rate for all of our Project Services construction projects to date
