Facilities First Australia successfully completed the Sir Eric Woodward School Roof Replacement Project under the MW21 Contract. This involved a comprehensive roof replacement program, including the removal of old sheets, strengthening structures, and installing safety measures. Despite significant access challenges and tight timelines, the project was delivered efficiently, with all buildings remaining operational. Custom heavy-duty brackets were utilised to accommodate larger gutters and downpipes, reducing future maintenance needs.
