Royal Contractors were engaged to realise Dela Design’s extraordinary vision for this contemporary dwelling, providing an opportunity for Royal to showcase its suite of skills from challenging groundworks through to intricate interior and exterior finishes.
Capitalising on the site’s views to the mountains, the residence embraces the outlook, with grand open spaces and lofty windows, reimagining the architectural grandeur of French chateaux. Defined by premium finishes and artisan joinery, the quality and elegance of the residence belies the challenging establishment works, all of which have been streamlined by Royal to minimise construction time and disruption.
