We undertook the Canterbury Public School Lift Accessibility Works, completing the project under the MW21 Contract. The scope included constructing a new lift shaft, disability access ramps, and installing a new passenger lift. Despite the live site environment with continuous building usage, the project was executed seamlessly. Integrating the lift pit into the existing site space posed challenges, as did material delivery to the central location within the school and integration into the existing building fabric. However, efficient management and coordination ensured successful completion, enhancing accessibility for all.
