Royal Contractors completed construction of Class 2 seniors living units at 160 – 162 South Liverpool Road, Busby. This project included building 9 oversized villas on a narrow lot, with quality finishes and environmental land rectification. Retaining walls were used to stabilise the site for the two-storey structure. Managing this project required expertise due to the site constraints, and collaboration with Barry Rush & Associates Pty Ltd ensured successful delivery.
