The dilapidated external sports area has been revitalized with new in-groundservices to create a level playing field. The project included demolishing the central sportsplay area, conducting ground remediation, and constructing a new sports court andrecreational area. Additionally, the project utilized Grand Slam Sports Equipment and theGreenset Worldwide sports acrylic surfacing system.
Class 2 Seniors living unit construction featuring high-quality finishes.Theproject involved rectifying environmentally classified land, stabilizing the site with retainingwalls, and constructing a 3-story structure to house 10 oversized villas on a narrow lot. Thisrequired significant management due to the large footprint of construction on a smaller lot.

The project involved constructing two new lift shafts, an accessibility bathroom, and significant ramps. One ramp spanned from the first floor to the ground floor, while the other was a U-shaped ramp suspended between two buildings. The new accessibility bathroom featured a motorised hoist lifter, a motorised height-adjustable change table, and full wheelchair accessible facilities. Despite challenges posed by the site’s central proximity within the school, including limited access for machinery, the project was successfully completed with manual labor. Throughout the construction, all buildings remained operational, demonstrating effective project management and coordination.

The Sadlier Public School Disability Upgrades project, executed under the MW21 D&C Contract, involved the construction of multiple accessibility ramps across the school’s central footprint. These ramps were meticulously designed to integrate bollards, tactiles, and handrails, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for all students and staff. Additionally, a new external wheelchair platform lift was introduced to further enhance accessibility throughout the school premises.
We are proud to have completed the construction of multiple accessibility ramps at Mosman Public School, as part of the MW21 Contract. The project aimed to enhance accessibility throughout the central footprint of the school, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. Through the integration of bollards, tactiles, and handrails, the ramps were designed to meet accessibility standards while prioritising safety. Meares Consulting provided consultancy services for the Georges River College Disability Upgrades project, while the design and construction were executed by Royal Contractors (FOR ALL). The project involved integrating a new universal access ramp into the rear of the school’s administration block, addressing significant access issues. Concrete roof linkway/stairs were removed to accommodate the new works seamlessly. Additionally, new garden beds were created around the ramp, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics

Despite the live site environment with continuous building usage, the project was executed seamlessly. Integrating the lift pit into the existing site space posed challenges, as did material delivery to the central location within the school and integration into the existing building fabric. However, efficient management and coordination ensured successful completion, enhancing accessibility for all.

Despite challenges such as a live site environment with continuous building usage, the project was completed seamlessly. Integrating the lift pit into the existing site space and managing material delivery to the central location within the school posed significant logistical hurdles, but were overcome efficiently.
